how can i create a file which is undeletable

actually not possible, but if you right click on the file>properties and at the bottom of the page click on hidden files, then OK, next go to tools>options> and under the file tab make sure that Show Hidden Files is not checked, just be sure that the file is somewhere you know so you can find it
or you could creat another user and use a password to gain entry, put the file in there

You can make it hard to delete, but probably not impossible. Set it as "read only", if you are running XP Pro, go to the security tab and set the rights to be "Read" only for all the users.
