It seems that Seagate will recover my Data for Free. Their excuse is that my drive is not under their Firmware Issue. I have this 1tb hard Drive (series .11) for less then 1 year and it slowly died on me. Now it even detect in the BIOS.


NOW WHAT ?

For starters, I think you need to work on your English. You said that Seagate "will" recover your data for Free. If that's true, then they don't need an excuse. You also said that the Bios detects it.
