The main thing im going to use it for is gaming. May possibly do a little oc'ing. If I buy the 1066 will I see that much of a difference?

Plz read the forum and u will find the answer,
I say go for a DDR2 800 RAM with 4-4-4-x or lower timings because the difference between DDR2 800 and 1066 isn't much and DDR2 800 OCs very good too.

C4 DDR2 800 and C5 DDR2 1066 will bouth give you access to stored data at the same speed (about 10ns). Unless you are planning on overclocking far past 400Mhz FSB, stick with DDR2 800 4-4-4-x.
