What we are asking for is the PSU name, and the PSU specs such as +12v amps, etc.

If you are talking about the PSU that come with the case you should be aware that those PSUs are cr@p. (excludes some Antec, etc cases). Do your self a favor and get a good PSU like the the Corsair 550VX.

Also be aware that DDR2 1066 RAM seems to have compatibility issues. I recommend you get DDR2 800 RAM any way since you aren't OCing.

Looks good. But do be aware of possible RAM incompatibilities with DDR2 1066. Imo, unless OCing you are overpaying for motherboard.

^Agreed
A P35 would be cheaper and would still OC O.K. DDR2 1066 will give you problems unless you OC.

If you do OC you might want better cooling than stock.

The DDR2 1066 RAM seems to have problems with many P35 boards. So it wouldn't hurt to makesure that your DDR2 1066 RAM is compatible.

well the memory standard for the x38 is 1200 ddr 2 so the 1066 ram will be compatible.

Its not that fact that the RAM is compatible, it is just that Memtest86+ fails on those 1066 RAM.

Umm... No Memtest86+ works fine on some DDR2 1066 RAM (no errors ~8hrs).
