I have a Samsung DVD/RW drive and my computer wont recognize it. It sees it in the device manager, it has a little yellow exclamation point next to it so im assuming theres a problem there. Anything I can do here?

I dont know if it makes a difference but when I open it, it beeps once. It still opens all the way and everything, its all plugged in correctly it just wont work.
