Best motherboard under $100 for Intel CPU

I am building a mainstream computer with:

E8400
EVGA 9800GTX+
4 GB DDR2 800
2 HDD
2 DVD Drives

I'm a bit overwhelmed by the number of motherboards and chipsets there are to choose from. I don't overclock much or do anything with the advanced bios settings much so that isn't a concern. I don't need SLI either, and probably won't ever need SLI.

So, what do you think would be the best full size ATX motherboard for me for around $100? Any particular brand or model that stands out from the rest?
