Computer just worked on (in professional shop). Now shows "Printer is Offline" when trying to use it.

Computer just worked on (in professional shop). Now shows "Printer is Offline" when trying to use it.

Mine says that sometimes when it isn't switched on. Worth checking. The possibility is that the repair shop removed the driver. Go to Control Panel>Printers and Faxes and see if it appears trhere. If it doesn't, fish out the CD that came with it and use it to reinstall the printer.[/#000ff]
