This board I want to buy has everything you can ask for on paper. DDR3 1333/DDR2 1066 support (separately), LGA775 socket compatibility (all new models), 1600fsb support, 8 GB of RAM possible, a pci E16 2.0 slot. All for under 80 bucks.
So... whats the catch?

Can't find any hardware reviews for it. Only two people commented at newegg. They said it worked great but they are not overclockers. I know ASrock is a branch of Asus, bought out some time ago by the bigger company (or so I've read). Their cheap X48 chip set model from the same series seams to have done very well. Thoughts?
