Hello everyone, I thank you in advance for any help with my question
I'm installing a slipstreamed version of home xp. I added the wrong raid drivers to the boot disc and had
a failed installation three times, including before i tried slipstreaming the raid drivers. My question is, would
it be advisable to reformat the hard drive to get a clean install. I have the correct drivers now. I'm not sure
if this info is still on the hard drive and I don't want problems to arise from this. The motherboard is an
Intel DP45SG and the hard drive is western digital wd5001aals

yes it would be advisable for a clean install (through the windows installer)
though i would suggest not using all caps (it means yelling)
either that or a new keyboard where the caps lock isn't broken
Hey mindless728, sorry about that, I have heard something to that affect but I didn't grasp it. Thanks for
telling me and, being true, I've been screaming at my girlfriend too..............
I appreciate your help with my question and thank you very much, toejam
