Hello,
I have Windows Vista and I want to install Windows XP because I want to install Step7 from Siemens and it's not compatibile.I don't have the cd.Can anyone help me pls?Also,I have some stuffs that I'd like to keep.

There is no way to do this without an XP install CD, and that will also necessitate formatting the HDD. This is all assuming that there are XP drivers for the hardware for that model laptop. All considerable hurdles to overcome. You might be better off upgrading to Windows 7 Pro or Ultimate so that you can take advantage of the XP Mode feature.
