Just wanted to know if there are any GPU out right now that max out Crysis Core? Single and SLI mode. I am more interested in Single more than SLI. I am sure (hopefully) the new GEN cards ATI 4870 and GT260 will be able to max out Crysis but we will see soon enough.

8800U is top single GPU card for Crysis (right now) and it doesn't come close to DX10 very high. SLI or the Dual GPU 9800 GX2 does a lot better, still not great though.
Ive seen those same results go up in res tho, even to 19x12, so theres a bottleneck, one being the cpu for sure, the other, most likely drivers

I thing the GTX 280 is supposed to be able to play Crysis at very high at 19x12 with no AA... AA isn't really that important in crysis in my opinion... it just makes it perform worse and there isn't that much of an improvement in image quality... Assassins Creed though... very jaggy game needs AA... but that doesn't take such a big performance hit...
anyway if you wanna max crysis your best bets are teh 4870 x2 and the gtx 280
but even sli gtx 280s probably can't beat crysis at 25x16... they'll probably get like 23 fps or something lol

I've heard 'rumours' that tri-SLI'd GTX280 will handle it, if you've got a bottomless wallet, oh and your own personal powerstation to run the beast (1200w PSU anyone?).
