Balloons in systray not appearing

Hello,
somehow the pop up balloons for items in the systray have disappeared. How do I get them back? Win XP, SP3.

1. Click on Start
2. Click Run
3. Type in "regedit"
4. Click Ok
Follow this path to The Key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

EnableBalloonTips:   Set value of DWORD to 1

Right-click the Advanced folder you are at and Create a new DWORD value, name it EnableBalloonTips, and set it equal to 1.

Must log-off and log-on again to make it work.
