The latest bios is there. The update instruction is in the zip file. Print it out. Make a bootable dos disk and copy all the files from the zip file to the floppy. Boot it up. Follow the instruction to flash bios.
Why do you need to flash the bios? If you screw up, you're out of a computer for 1-2 months.
why does everyone always insist on mentioning floppy drives? Does anyone even have floppies anymore? I really appreciate when someone tries to help, but perhaps you could describe how to do these things using flash drives or discs. I have been trying to update the integrated audio on my 650i and can't do it. Apparently, you need to wipe the current drivers. I can't even find these in vista's 64bit version. All the drivers I find are from microsoft. The instructions that come in that zip file suck. Sorry, I don't mean to sound so angry it is just that the anger comes through anyhow.
