Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.
Press your Windows key and R together to bring up the Open box and into that, type services.msc then press Enter.
Scroll through the alphabetic list of Service to find the Computer Browser Service, double click it then on the Dependencies tab.
Check each on the CBS depends upon to make sure they're started and set to Automatic. Restart the machine after exiting the Services list and see if taht helped.
