$400ish is my budget and I was originally planning on getting the 8800gts g92 which is $414atm but then I got thinking of maybe getting a cheaper card like 8800gt or 9600gt which is nearly $200 cheaper. What the best deal for price range/performance? If I can save $200 and only see minor decrease in performance thats great. I usually only upgrade every 2years and game a lot of all genres (fps included)

bit off topic but whats with Quadro FX 5500 PCI Express they are like 4k haha.

I think the best is to buy 8800GT some overclocked version.XFX or something like that. You will save some money and it will be enough for 2 years i think.
