The BSOD has a stop code on it. Search online for it. BSOD's can be caused by a variety of things. The code may help you narrow down the problem.
You may have to repair the operating system software, check for memory errors, or fix hard drive errors, for example.

It may refer to your PSU inasmuch as that it is not providing adequate power for your PC.

Please provide details of your rig including ram, PSU watts, CPU, motherboard model, OS. Basically, your Power Supply Unit (PSU) should be at least 600 watts.
