Hi - Weird problem but would appreciate help if anyone knows the
answer.
I use palm desktop 4.1.4 and i have a password protecting the data on
my T3.
When i sync and i type in the password, instead of asterisks
appearing, I get bars (pipes). I'd really like to get this back to
asterisks.
I know its profile related as it works fine with other users but i
dont want to have to recreate my profile.
Its a dumb problem I know but it would be great if anyone has any
ideas.

What fonts are you using for menus and dialogs, under Control Panel ->
Display Properties? It's possible that you're using an odd font that
doesn't have an asterisk glyph.
