XP reinstalled and repair

Hello,
I tried to repair the XP and been requested for password. As far as i remember there is no password set. Mine is Dell. Tried to install to other folder and it work. The problem now is, I cannot get the program installed in the first installed XP. Thanks.

That's normal. By default it's blank, so when prompted, just hit the enter key.

A repair install doesn't ask you to install anything to a specific folder. So what program are you trying to run? What do you mean, you installed it to another folder?

Thanks for your reply. The problem solved. I created new folder for window, eg window1 and installed everything inside this new folder. The system work fine but i still cannot access to some old data on the old windows folder.
