If you cannot startup windows, download a rescue disk to boot from. You can get one from Kapersky, Avira, AVG, or any other major antivirus vendor and they are no cost. You can scan your system for virus and other malware. If windows starts up, run your AV. and scan for other malware using product like Malwarebytes scanner.
