Yes that PSU should be enough. Just be aware that if you want to upgrade your graphics card or overclock a lot in the future you may not have enough.

Although at $30 it is tough to beat cost wise. I have heard though and perscribe to the fact that you should never skimp on a power supply. The reviews are good for the Antec Earthwatts 430 so you should be good.
