GA-EP43-DS3L, $95+$9

It supports Pentium, but also more recent CPUs like Q6600 or Q9450. It supports your card, but also more recent PCI-E 2.0 cards like the HD 4850.
It doesn't have RAID, but you listed a single HDD so I guess that's OK.

GA-EP35-DS3L, $85+$9

Same thing, but you pay $10 less and get only PCI-E 1 instead of PCI-E 2, and fewer SATA ports. Neither of these hurts with your current config. Still, if you can afford the extra $10, get the GA-EP43-DS3L

There are a lot of better boards out there, but I'm assuming you want something cheap. With your setup, it would be criminal to spend $250 on a motherboard, when you could spend the same cash on a GA-EP43-DS3L and a HD 4850 and get several times the fps.
