I have been sent some pics of my nephew but I am unable to open them because a drop down box says download Apple Application Support. After doing that I tried to open the pics again and and the drop down said download quicktime. I already have Quicktime. Can you please help me resolve this problem?

Do you have a program associated with the file type of the pictures ?
