i'm having some problems with my mobo ASUS P5NSLI, it's kind of strange, when i'm using my computer for games or just browsing my computer suddenly reboots.
First it happened when i was playing.. so i thought it was some incompatibility with my VGA.
I was using one Gforce 7900GS ... but now i changed for one Gforce 8800GTS
and it's still happening
What PSU are you using with your system?
A weak PSU will definatly cause random crashes and reboots.
Also, please post your full system specs.

My first thought is that it is a PSU problem.
Cheap PSU's perform nowhere near as well as they claim.
Most will fail before reaching 75% loading.
Add to that capacitor aging and you could be in a very bad power situation.
Corsair published a test of this, Here, which clearly shows this (and is pretty fun to watch to).
The second thing that comes to mind is that it could be a driver issue.
Did you make sure to fully uninstall your GPU drivers before installing your 8800GTS? If not, uninstall the nVidia drivers, run a driver cleaner program and reinstall the latest forceware drivers.
IMHO it is probably going to end up being a weak PSU causing all of your troubles.
