How much powersupply do i need for the following ? much appreciated

With the small amount of hardware that you list and no overclocking figured in to the matter, your computer will only use about 262wts. Factor that number for 80% efficiency and give a few extra watts for things you may not have listed and you can use a 350wt PSU with ease. If you plan on overclocking the CPU about 10%, you could raise the power to about 365wt, so something like an Antec Earthwatts 380wt PSU would be fine.

I might over clock the 2 Xeons. Will defiently add another 4 gigz of Ram. Also another 2 hard drives. and will be running 2 Quadro FX3700 in the future.
