English language pack for win xp pro

can i change the languge in win xp pro from spanish to english by installing languge pack

yes it will display english correctly, but the Windows interface language will remain Spanish, Win7 Pro and Ultimate is the only OS that changes all the language to the desired one(Windows core language)
