Way do "win xp pro" turn off "help and support" just like that and it is gone. And the 'sys' rejected the writer buffer. I have a
wdc w3200aaks-00uu3a0 that BIOS recognized but not windows. I hope some one can help me./Tomm

as far as the hdd is concerned, Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools> Computer Management>Storage>Disk Management> in the next box that opens see if you can find the 320G HDD in the list
