Memory upgrade on Intel 815 chipset

Is there a BIOS update... or anything that could be done to get more memory.. or rather a mother board upgrade that I could use the same PCI, IDE,AGP and most important the same chassis.. i have a Dell Dimension 4100 and just love the chassis.. and wanted to upgrade the memory/chipset...

really dont mind upgrading the proc as well... just that I need the chassis.. and this is a old system that no one use's we ust have it in the corner doing downlaods more like a incoming server

so please any help is much appreciated.
