I'm planning on doing my first build, which will be an i7 build. I already have several components, including a Thermaltake Armor+ Mx case. I'm having some trouble finding a good heatsink that will fit the case without blocking the 250mm side fan. Will the Ultra work in this case without blocking the fan?

I don't believe the Thermalright Ultra 120 was design to fit a i7 1366 socket, this one is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6835114080 but I don't know how good it is, there's not too many out yet.
