I've got an Intel q6600 processor with a msi motherboard.
When I try to OC the cpu, my cpu voltage says 0.00v. The tab where I adjust it is white, but i cant select any values.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
You will have to overclock your CPU through the BIOS if you want to change the voltages.
For a good overview of the overclocking procedure, take a look at the C2 Overclocking Sticky.

I agree with Outlaw6669. Read the sticky and use the BIOS to overclock.
If your trying to overclock out side of the BIOS you won't be able to overclock the voltages. You'll HAVE to og into the BIOS. If you ARE trying to overclock in the BIOS then you need to clear the CMOS first and reset the jumpers. If that doesn't work then flash the BIOS. If all that doesn't work... call MSI.
