i'm in singapore and the price of the kingston x25-m SSD is DOUBLE the price over here, compared to newegg.
My question is, if i order from newegg and ship to me in singapore, am I covered by warranty in singapore? I don't want to have to send it back to USA if it breaks down
Your best bet is to contact any local representative of Kingston in Singapore, and ask if they provide support for items bought abroad. If they say yes however, be sure to get that in writing before buying the SSD. Good luck!

thanks for the rerply. I actually called kingston, and they said I'd be covered under warranty, if I owned an SSD purchased from the States.
However, they also told me that there's some kind of Copyright, and SSD's in USA CANNOT be shipped to Singapore. Go figure.
The way around this is the ship it to a friend in USA, then have them forward it to me in Singapore...which was what I was gonna do anyway
