So, I have the following parts:

Radeon 4850
4gb DDR2 800 RAM (2x2gb)
E8400

I'm looking for the cheapest motherboard I can find from a reliable company. I do not need any extra features. I just want to be able to hook everything up, run the CPU and everything else at stock speeds, and fit it all on the board. I'd prefer something not MicroATX.

So far I'm looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6813130185 ($70 after rebate). Anyone have any other suggestions (either better or cheaper)?

get one of thos Micro ATX mobos, those are usually cheaper, you can probably get a Gigabyte Mobo for under 60.

I think the OP has a legit question... and a good pick.
PCIe 2.0 is important for the 4850. And you do want to OC it... honestly.
