The 64-bit version of Vista (and Windows 7 or 8) will run 32-bit Windows software without needing to do anything. So maybe you should expand a little on what exactly the issue is.

thank you Scott for your reply. I had no problem loading xp 32bit software on a separate drive my Vista desktop. Including SP3, which I downloaded with Vista software.
How ever I can not get on the internet ,connecting thru my DSL modem.
