Flashing a GA-P35-DS3L/S3L

Can somebody please inform me little step by step on how to flash this board?

First, never flash BIOS from within windows, even though Gigabyte gives you this option. Multitudes of users have reported problems with this. Instead use the Q-flash utility to flash BIOS from the BIOS. The instructions for this are on page 62 of your manual. It is a good idea to read and be familiar with your manual so you know how to do these things. If you have lost your manual, you can download one from their web site/
