Water Cooling

Hi,
I have a small question on water cooling:
Im thinking of it as my system is pretty noisy, especially the CPU ang GPU fans make all the noise. I was wondering I can cool the CPU, GPU and the Northbridge with the standard watercooling system with one radiator and a 120 fan, and if it will be noisy.
CPU is overclocked, E4400 2 Ghz@ 3 Ghz, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3, 8800 GTS 512

What's your budget?

I'm guestimating it'll cost around 400-500 cuz a good GPU block for that card is around $100. There's other ways to cool the system without costing an arm & a leg. Like using high cfm low dba fans and using programs to control fan speed.

the budget is around 400-450 for all. if try loweringthe noise with the fans, it would mean the new case for me, as the present one is some old crap with 80s in front and the back. i've installed one in place of three 5.25 slots, but the improvement is minimum, jet it became even noisier

H2O cooling stores:

Recommended:

Swiftech H20-220-Apex Ultra+ is a all-in-one prebuilt kit that cools the cpu, gpu & chipset (northbridge). It comes with everything except for a bottle of $2 distilled water from a supermarket. Or better yet, pick up a bottle of Feser One Non Conductive Cooling Fluid. Leaking is no problem.

Thanks
The thing is I live in Prague, they dont sell this device here:(( Its mostly limited to Thermaltake, thermalright aтв Zalman:) I just do not know if I get the kit which comes only with the CPU block, if I'll be able to add more blocks to it

You can modify the kit to your liking. You don't have to follow the manual to the letter. But the intended config is the optimal. You can add a block to the loop. But I think you should get a feel of watercooling before you go further.

Maybe you can look for it on ebay? Or import?

ebay would be a good option, although i dont have much experience with it, specifically not sure how the guarantee works. Once got a PSU from abroad (not shipped, got it in a store), it failed immediately and they didnt have the local retailer, so it was a waste.
