I have an Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus motherboard with a P4 3GHz and the following RAM:
KVR667D2N5/2G 2GB 667MHz DDR2 Non-ECC CL5 DIMM
Standard 256M X 64 Non-ECC 667MHz 240-pin Unbuffered DIMM (SDRAM-DDR2, 1.8V, CL5, Double-Sided)
Is this RAM sufficient for running an Intel Q6600 Quad core?
If I'm reading that right, it's DDR2-667, which will work fine with a Q6600. You will be limited to overclocking to a FSB of 333 (3GHz, IIRC) without overclocking the RAM.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I don't plan on doing any overclocking. I'll let the motherboard handle that... all settings are currently on auto.
