How do i overclock??

hi. as you can tell i am new to all of this stuff. my processor is a Q9300 @ 2.50 GHz. How do i overclock?? i want to increase my performance. I use photoshop cs4 alot and it is power hungry. I have 4 gig of ram but sometimes it still lags.

Then google your MB and overclocking and see if anyone has a more specific guide. In other words a little time and research is needed to get familiar with the Bios settings and how to go about it. Once you have an idea of what you are doing and need help for a specific problem feel free to post and I'm sure someone can help you out.
