Which is better, the coolermaster ptk-002 paste or the Arctic Silver 5 paste?

I would recommend MX2 myself (especially as it has non-conductive properties vs. AS5). I use it myself now and can't complain about the temps! Most independent review sites give it 2C+ on AS5.
