Cleaning up memory

I have moved my files to an external hard drive, now how do I remove those files permanently as I only have 3% memory left.
Also when I type an extra e is added on to every word, is that a virus?

If you moved the files, they are no longer on your hard drive. If you copied them, then they are in both places, and you would need to delete them manually.

But when you say "3% memory left", do you mean space on your hard drive, or room in your computer's memory? They are two different things, with two very different fixes required.

Where did you see that you have "3% memory left"?

the extra e could be explained by a faulty keyboard. what kind of keyboard is it?
