Hi I would like to ask if there are gaming cases that has great airflows and have a outside design. Ive checked the antec 1200 gaming case are there other alternatives?

There is another aternative if those cases don't really fit what you want. You can grab a nice looking but plain case like the CM 690 and take it down to a shop and get it painted, or paint it yourself.
Oh and let me add in the Antec 300 to the list of cases as it look like it work out pretty well.
