It should be enough. Although you should take a look at other models. The newegg reviews aren't promising, with many people having it die on them. Personally, I've had an Enermax Liberty doa on me, with unstable output, completely unstable. It's a different model, but with similarily bad reviews.

Replaced it with this one, for reference:

It was $99 at the time, they bumped up the price later.

If you already have that in your system, then the answer is yes it will. If you're shopping for a power supply then there are a lot better and cheaper power supplies out there. Antec earthwatts 430w or 500w, Corsair 450w, PC Power and cooling 420w and others.

Get something in the 600watt range.

Yes, let's convince more people to buy into the overpowered PSU hype.

This PC Power & Cooling Silencer 610W is 8 cents less than the Enermax 420W, after shipping and rebates.

Guess which of these two PSUs is a better deal :)

Well, most 600w psus are the same price as the 420w one OP cited. :p

In any case, 420w is pushing it, it's always better to leave some headroom.

I did some playing around on a couple of PSU calculator sites (had to call the 4850 a different graphics card with similar current demand), and assuming typical accessories, your 12V rails are likely weak. Interestingly, the Antec Earthwatts 500--a PSU I really like--has even weaker 12V rail ratings but I believe it is a more honest figure than the Enermax you've picked.

A PSU I like even more that would be fine and is well rated is this one:

It isn't on much of a sale right now but it regularly drops in price; I've seen it below $100 before rebate (~$80 after).

aevm beat me to it while I was composing...

A Corsair VX450 is a great choice, and only $60 after rebate. It can easily handle your setup with room to spare.

As far as Enermax, the Liberty series has a bad history of dying early, so I would be cautious with Enermax.

Seasonic no longer makes the Antec earthwatts 430w or 500w.
Now they are made by Delta.

The construction is very different. So all the reviews you have read about the 430 and 500 no longer apply.

If you have the new ones made by Delta then the model numbers will have a D at the end: EA430D and EA500D.
But some people have ordered the EA500 from newegg and have recieved the EA500D.
There doesn't seem to be a way to specify which one you want.
Also, it seems that the Antec Sonato III now comes with the EA500D preinstalled. Not the EA500.
