Help choosing phenom cooler

Hi, I am thinking of getting an aftermarket cooler for my phenom 9950 and have narrowed it down to two options.

Most people recommend the thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme, but with my AMD processor this could only be positioned facing towards the top of the pc and probably wouldn't fit in my motherboard because of this.

I could get the Ultra 120A though, and then get an S-Clip from thermalright to rotate the heatsink 90C. Would this be fairly straight forward, and would this effect the cooling in anyway?

Alternativily I may just get the Sunbeam Core Contact Freezer, which is cheaper and wouldn't involve any fiddling about.

Is there much between these coolers, and which would you recommend?

I Think That Last Choise Would Be The Best Idea, But Thats Just My Opinion

I just installed the CCF on my Phenom II. Install was pretty straight forward but had some trouble with clamping it down. Had someone help me out with that part.
