Zilch.
Even with SAS I've heard only one SSD being produced in that interface.
Most enterprise-class SSD (based on SLC) are still being produced with SATA 3Gbps.

though most SAS controllers support STP (Sata Tunneling Protocol) so you can use the sata drives, though i haven't seen any SCSI based SSD's
