Hi i have a foxconn bloodrage MB and all i can get out of it is 3.6mghz on air.

I want to get the magical 4.0 but i can seem to get it there. the bios are updated to P06 it came out 3/02/09

Ill give you the specs i hope you can help

MB-----------Foxconn Bloodrage
Cpu---------I7 920
Heatsink---Cooler master V8
Memory----Corsair Dominator 1600
PSU---------Corsair hx 1000w
Video-------2 4870x2 in CF
HD----------2 250 in RAID0
