Here are my stable BIOS specs for 3.8Ghz

CPU Ratio 19.0
BCLK 200
PCIE Freq 100
DRAM Freq 1603
UCLK Freq 3208
QPI Link 7218 MT/S

CPU Voltage 1.325
PPL 1.88
QPI/Dram 1.325
IOH Voltage 1.10
IOH PCIE 1.50
ICH Voltage 1.20
ICH PCIE 1.50
Dram Voltage 1.64

How can I get the CPU to 4.0Ghz without temps going up? The PC will boot go past BIOS and post but wont load windows?

From what I have seen the i7's seem to like the odd numbered multis. For me using the tubo 21x works best.

I seemed to notice this as well but I just disregarded it as my CPU's limit...So if I change my ratio to 21 which other voltages or settings should I alter to make it stable? Or can I just make the muti X21 and leave the rest as is right now.

Other than maybe vcore your voltages look plenty high for the bclock and mem speeds.

On mine I can run as high as 198x21 with all voltages at default except vcore (auto +7% which gives idle of 1.15 and load of 1.35) mem (1.65) and vtt (1.25). Right now I am at 193x21 with vcore at auto +6% (idle of 1.14 and load of 1.33) since I leave all power saving features enabled.
