Best overclocking settings

I wanna know what best settings for my Asus P5n32-SLI Deluxe,i use pentium d 945 3.4ghz...if can i wanna reach until 4ghz above with no problem...please advise!!!

That's an easy question to answer.

The best settings for that MB/CPU/RAM are the ones you work up during your OC that are stable.
