Hi, my HDD has been acting up pretty badly recently and now it's speed's are questionable. I have a Seagate 320GB Sata2 HDD.

I used HDTune to test it and here are some results...

About a week ago I tested it and it seemed somewhat normal here in this screenshot.

Yesterday (starting to die?).

No scans of any kind. I'm running Windows Vista 64bit.

Yes I also tried rebooting, same issue though. Although for some reason the HDD seems to sortof stop working or something as you see in the second screenshot which is what happened in the 3rd but in there it stayed like that since boot which made the bootup process also take about 8 minutes to fully load to allow me to even run the program.

I think you need to try the hdd in another computer or a fresh windows install ( dont have to delete the current one)

It doesnt really look like the hard drive is dying it looks like windows is fubar or something.

Of course it could be either at this point you need to definitively prove either the hard drive is bad or windows is messed up.
