Whats a good widget for monitoring all my components on my computer and where can I download it?

Just to elaborate a little, commonly Macs use widgets, Vista uses gadgets......
But Vista does have a hardware monitoring gadget included, and there are lots of gadgets on the Microsoft website you can download.
Just google for one.
