EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 ATX Motherboard - Good or bad?

Please somebody who has good knowledge on motherboards help me! I'm building my first system and I'm 15 years old. One of my friends (a system builder) recommenced this motherboard - EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 ATX Motherboard - and I was wondering if it is good. Pros and Cons, etc. I don't have much to spend so I can only spend around 800 USD. My system are as follows:

Motherboard - EVGA nForce 780i 775 ATX Motherboard - $220

Processor - Intel® Boxed Core 2 Duo Processor E8400 - $150

CPU Cooler - Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 775) - $35

Graphics Card - EVGA e-GeForce 8800 GT 512MB GDDR3 PCIe 2.0 Graphics Card - $130

Hard Drive - Western Digital Caviar SE16 320GB 7,200RPM Serial ATA-300 Hard Drive - $68

RAM - OCZ SLI-Ready Edition 4GB PC-6400 DDR2 Memory Kit (Two 2GB DDR2-800 Memory Modules) - $65

Power Supply - Xion 630 Watt ATX 12V - $50

Case - Gigabyte GZ-X2 Black Mid Tower Chassis - $30
