I recently added a second hard drive in my dell 1720 laptop for storage. After formating and initializing the drive, everything works fine. Except when I use the restart application to reboot the system. My laptop comes up with an internal error saying, that there are no bootable devices. Yet when I use the shut down appliction. It finds my hard drives & boots up windows vista normally when I manually restart the system. So, my question is: Do I need an extra driver? Do I need to set up my second hard drive differently? Or, do I need to change my system bios? Any help would be very helpful!!! Thanks for your help.

Sounds like you need to set the boot order in your BIOS.
