My computer restart and doest open my xp window but if i change my ram to anothe

Hello,
i have a problem in my computer....
if i install or not install any program and restart my compter then it doesn't display anything....but the light is on my monitor and in this case if i change my RAM to another slot it opens my xp windows and again the same process repeates...so what is the solution behind this problem????
